VPNresellers provides white-label VPN infrastructure, applications, APIs, account management tools, and related services to businesses that offer VPN services under their own brands.

We operate a strict zero-logs VPN service designed so that VPN activity is not stored, retained, or reconstructed.

This Privacy Policy explains what information VPNresellers collects, what we do not collect, how information is used and protected, the circumstances in which information may be shared, and the privacy rights available to individuals.

When an End User connects to VPN infrastructure operated by VPNresellers, we do not log, store, retain, or create historical records of:

• source IP addresses associated with VPN sessions;

• other information identifying what an individual user did while connected to the VPN.

We do not monitor VPN browsing activity.

We do not create VPN activity profiles.

We do not sell VPN activity.

We do not monetize VPN traffic.

We do not use VPN activity for advertising.

We do not use VPN activity to create behavioral or marketing profiles.

There is no historical VPN activity database that can be searched to determine what an individual user did online.

RAM-only VPN servers

Our VPN server infrastructure uses RAM-only servers.

VPN service operations are designed to run in volatile memory rather than relying on persistent server storage for VPN session information.

RAM is volatile memory. Information held only in RAM does not survive a reboot or power cycle.

As a result, our VPN server architecture is designed so that VPN activity is not written to persistent storage on the VPN server.

This provides an additional technical layer supporting our zero-logs policy.

VPN traffic is processed only as required to establish and operate the live VPN connection.

It is not retained as a historical record after the connection ends.

Our own infrastructure

VPNresellers operates and manages its own VPN infrastructure and dedicated server hardware.

Our infrastructure uses dedicated bare-metal servers rather than shared or virtual VPN servers.

We maintain direct control over the VPN infrastructure used to provide the service.

Information we do collect

Operating a VPN reseller platform requires certain business and account information that is entirely separate from VPN activity.

Depending on how you interact with us, this may include:

• reseller account information;
• business contact information;
• VPN account identifiers required for authentication;
• billing and transaction information;
• support communications;
• security and fraud-prevention information;
• website analytics and cookie data, subject to your choices and applicable law; and
• technical information required to operate our website, dashboard, APIs, and applications.

The existence of account or billing information does not mean that VPNresellers maintains logs of a user's VPN activity.

Account administration and VPN traffic are separate systems and separate categories of information.

1. Who uses VPNresellers

VPNresellers primarily provides services to businesses.

Our customers include businesses, entrepreneurs, hosting providers, agencies, software companies, developers, and other organizations that provide VPN services under their own brands.

We refer to those customers as “Resellers.”

A Reseller may create and manage VPN accounts for its own customers or users, whom we refer to as “End Users.”

Because of this structure, VPNresellers may have different privacy roles depending on the information involved.

2. When VPNresellers is a controller and when we are a processor

Information about Resellers

For personal data associated with:

• VPNresellers accounts;
• billing;
• sales;
• marketing;
• website use;
• support;
• fraud prevention;
• security;
• business administration; and
• our direct relationship with a Reseller,

VPNresellers generally determines why and how that information is processed.

For this information, VPNresellers generally acts as a data controller or equivalent business under applicable privacy legislation.

Information about a Reseller's End Users

Where a Reseller creates or manages VPN accounts using VPNresellers infrastructure, the Reseller generally determines:

• who receives the VPN service;
• which customer information the Reseller collects;
• why the account is created;
• the commercial relationship with the End User; and
• how long that commercial relationship continues.

In these circumstances, the Reseller generally acts as the controller, while VPNresellers acts as a processor or service provider for limited personal data required to provide the service.

VPNresellers processes that information in accordance with:

• the Reseller's instructions;
• our contractual obligations;
• applicable privacy law; and
• our security requirements.

This controller/processor relationship does not alter our zero-logs VPN policy.

Neither VPNresellers nor a Reseller receives a browsing history from our VPN infrastructure because that browsing history is not stored.

3. VPN information we do not collect

VPNresellers does not maintain VPN activity logs or identifiable historical VPN connection logs.

Our zero-logs policy includes the following.

Browsing history

We do not record or store websites visited through the VPN.

DNS queries

We do not log or retain DNS queries associated with individual VPN users.

Traffic content

We do not retain the contents of communications transmitted through the VPN.

Source IP addresses

We do not retain historical records linking a user's source IP address to VPN activity.

Destination IP addresses

We do not retain records linking users to destination IP addresses or online services accessed through the VPN.

Connection timestamps

We do not retain historical records showing when an individual VPN user connected or disconnected.

Session duration

We do not retain historical session-duration records associated with individual VPN users.

Bandwidth activity

We do not maintain historical records showing how much VPN bandwidth an individual user consumed during particular VPN sessions.

Files, applications, and services

We do not maintain logs identifying:

• files downloaded;
• applications used;
• streaming services accessed;
• websites accessed;
• protocols used for particular online activities; or
• other internet activity conducted through the VPN.

Traffic metadata

We do not maintain traffic metadata that could be used to reconstruct an individual's VPN browsing activity.

4. Temporary processing required to operate a VPN connection

Like every VPN service, certain information must be processed momentarily for network traffic to be routed.

For example, servers must process network packets in real time in order to deliver them to their destination.

This is temporary technical processing, not logging.

Our VPN infrastructure is designed so that this information is not written to persistent storage as an identifiable VPN history.

VPN servers operate using RAM-only architecture.

Information temporarily present in volatile memory disappears when it is no longer required or when the system is restarted.

Temporary processing required to transmit network traffic should therefore not be confused with retaining VPN activity logs.

5. VPN account information

VPNresellers must process limited information to:

• create VPN accounts;
• authenticate accounts;
• determine whether an account is active;
• renew accounts;
• suspend accounts;
• reactivate accounts;
• terminate accounts; and
• enforce account entitlements.

Depending on the Reseller's implementation, this may include:

• an account username or identifier;
• authentication credentials or authentication information;
• account status;
• activation information;
• expiration information;
• reseller identifier;
• subscription or entitlement information;
• VPN configuration information; and
• other operational information necessary to provide the service.

This information is account administration data.

It is not VPN browsing data.

VPNresellers does not use account identifiers to create histories of:

• DNS requests;
• internet destinations;
• applications used; or
• other online activity.

6. Reseller account information

When a Reseller creates or operates a VPNresellers account, we may process information such as:

• name;
• company or organization name;
• business email address;
• telephone number, where provided;
• account username;
• authentication information;
• account preferences;
• account balance or credit balance;
• billing history;
• invoices;
• transaction identifiers;
• purchased services;
• reseller pricing tier;
• account status;
• support communications; and
• information required to administer the business relationship.

We use this information to provide and operate the VPNresellers platform.

7. Payments and billing

VPNresellers may support multiple payment methods.

Where a third-party payment provider processes a transaction, that provider may collect payment information directly under its own privacy policy.

Website analytics providers do not receive an End User's VPN browsing history from VPNresellers because VPNresellers does not maintain that information.

A corporate transaction cannot result in the transfer of historical VPN activity logs that were never created.

17. Government and law-enforcement requests

Where legally permitted, we may challenge requests that are invalid, excessive, improperly scoped, or inconsistent with applicable law.

Where website marketing or analytics technologies fall within a legal definition of “sale” or “sharing,” applicable consent or opt-out mechanisms will be provided as required.

19. International data transfers

VPNresellers provides an international service.

Our Resellers, End Users, personnel, infrastructure, and service providers may be located in multiple countries.

Business-related personal information may therefore be processed outside the jurisdiction in which it was originally collected.

Where legally required, international transfers may rely on safeguards including:
