An active VPN account is an account that has Active status in the VPNresellers system.
- Accounts that are suspended, disabled, or otherwise inactive are not billed as active accounts.
- Active does not mean that the end user connected to the VPN or generated traffic that day.
- VPNresellers operates a no-logs approach and does not use end-user browsing or connection activity to determine billing status.
Billing is based on the account status in the VPNresellers system. Each active account is charged daily at your applicable monthly rate divided by 30.
