AevumGuard Ltd is the contracting entity for VPNresellers services unless otherwise agreed in writing. For certain billing, payment collection and related financial administration functions, AevumGuard Ltd works with SpiderSilk Limited, a separate company incorporated in Hong Kong. SpiderSilk Limited does not operate VPNresellers, the VPN platform, VPN infrastructure, VPN servers, APIs or applications, and does not process or handle VPN traffic.

## Ways to use VPNresellers

- Ready-made VPNclient apps: included with a reseller account and ready to use immediately. The apps are brandless VPNclient apps; customers download VPNclient and log in with the VPN account the partner provides.
- Custom-branded VPN apps: an optional paid add-on using the partner's own branding, logo and app identity. Terms are listed under Custom branding below.
- Your own VPN application, customer portal or embedded VPN experience: built by the partner on the VPNresellers API and managed VPN infrastructure. VPNresellers runs the accounts, servers, protocols and scaling; the partner owns the interface, pricing and customer relationship.

## Wholesale pricing (per active VPN account, per month)

- 1–999 active accounts: $1.99 per active VPN account per month
- 1,000–24,999 active accounts: $0.99 per active VPN account per month
- 25,000–49,999 active accounts: $0.94 per active VPN account per month
- 50,000–99,999 active accounts: $0.89 per active VPN account per month
- 100,000–249,999 active accounts: $0.84 per active VPN account per month
- 250,000–499,999 active accounts: $0.79 per active VPN account per month
- 500,000+ active accounts: custom pricing (no public price)

Pricing is NOT progressive or marginal. One applicable rate applies to the reseller's entire active-account base. Examples: 1,000 active accounts are all billed at $0.99; 25,000 active accounts are all billed at $0.94; 250,000 active accounts are all billed at $0.79. There is no public price for 500,000+ active accounts.

## Billing model

- Daily price = applicable monthly rate ÷ the number of days in that month. Example: $1.99 ÷ 30 ≈ $0.0663 per active VPN account per day in a 30-day month.
- Daily charges are deducted from the reseller's prepaid credit balance.
- Minimum credit top-up: $25. Credits do not expire.
- No signup fees, no setup costs, no monthly minimums, no contracts.

## Definition of an active VPN account

- An active VPN account is an account with Active status in the VPNresellers system.
- Suspended, disabled or otherwise inactive accounts are not billed as active accounts.
- Active does NOT mean the end user connected, browsed or generated VPN traffic that day.
- VPNresellers follows a no-logs approach and does not use end-user browsing or connection activity to determine billing status. Billing follows account status, not observed usage.

## Account management

- Resellers with 1,000 or more active VPN accounts receive a dedicated account manager.

## Custom branding (separate add-on, not a wholesale pricing tier)

- $39/month, billed annually, paid 12 months upfront, no contract.
- Requires a $500 partner credit balance.
- Not available on iOS; iOS users use the included brandless VPNclient app.
- The standard white label apps are included at no extra cost.

## Service facts

- 21+ years in the hosting and VPN industry.
- 89 server locations worldwide, 1 Gbps and 10 Gbps server ports, unlimited bandwidth.
- Up to 10 simultaneous device connections per VPN account.
- Supported protocols: WireGuard, OpenVPN (UDP/TCP), IKEv2/IPsec, L2TP/IPsec, PPTP, Stealth and VLESS. Availability varies by platform.
- Stealth runs an OpenVPN connection locally and pushes it through stunnel; it can help on some networks where many ports are blocked. It is available only in the Windows and macOS apps and is not a separate encryption standard.
- IKEv2/IPsec, L2TP/IPsec and PPTP are modes in the Windows and macOS apps and can also be set up manually on compatible phones, routers and other clients, depending on the device, operating system and client. Stealth is the only protocol restricted to the Windows and macOS apps.
- L2TP/IPsec and PPTP are kept for legacy compatibility. PPTP has weak, obsolete security and is not recommended for sensitive use.

Passwords and private keys are never returned. Accounts are suspended and resumed rather than deleted. No usage statistics exist because VPNresellers keeps zero logs.

The MCP server works on the live reseller account: created or resumed accounts are active and billed daily.
- Build a store with Lovable: describe the store in plain language; connect the VPNresellers MCP inside Lovable so it builds and tests with the real account; the published store delivers accounts automatically through the VPNresellers API.
- AI customer support: a reseller's store can include an AI support assistant that checks the customer's account status, sends a one-time setup file or changes the VPN password through the VPNresellers API. The store backend keeps the API token and locks every action to the signed-in customer's own account.
